[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Unsuccessful payment but the amount was deducted

My transaction showed Server Error when paying via net banking due to which payment is unsuccessful but the amount was deducted. If the money was received at your end, could you complete the payment and place the order OR issue a refund and cancel the order? Oct 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The money got refunded on 5th Oct. I ordered the same product at the same price from flipkart instead. Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
