I’m writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent purchase from your store — Reliance Mall, Sector-13 Dwarka.
On 25 May 2025, I bought a LLOYD 1 Ton Split AC (GLS12I3FWBBA – 1EA PM). Installation was done on 27 May, and since then, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The technician from Reliance ResQ told my mother that the AC could not be installed in the place we had already prepared (holes, wiring, etc.). He claimed there were technical issues with the wall. Based on this, my mother agreed to an alternate placement. We were then charged ₹6, 000 for extra wiring — which was unnecessary.
Now, the AC is placed facing a wall, it doesn't cool the room, and exposed wires have spoiled the look of our freshly renovated room.
Today, I raised a complaint again. A different technician visited and clearly said the AC was wrongly installed, and there was no issue with the original location at all. So the first technician misled us.
When I went to the Reliance Mall store to report this, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. They admitted the technician was at fault, but told me bluntly that “nothing can be done.” This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Was this information helpful? |
