Reliance Digital — Usha food processor | |||
This is to raise my complaint against Usha food processor, which I had given for servicing related to overload issue almost three weeks before. I got it yesterday after servicing, I can see it is not switching to overload option very often. The side effect what I can see now is once it went to overload, doing reset is of no use. It will stay in overload situation. I can say reset button is not at all functional. I had given sufficient time to get it fixed still I am facing the issues and this is really unacceptable. Reset button was working properly before giving for servicing. I don't know how reliance treats its customer. In between also, reliance had called us saying that issue is fixed though it didn't work properly in front of service people only. If this is the behaviour you provide to the customer, please let us know. We really need to stop following up with reliance in that case. Was this information helpful? | |||
