[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Voltas Window AC 1.5 Ton | |||
I requested for three times to reinstall my Voltas Window AC 1.5 ton by calling Reliance Digital Customer Care. Finally, they visited my home in my absence (my parents were there) and installed it wrongly in the window while damaging it. Later when I saw the installed AC, I called the Customer Care and asked them to send a technician to check. I wondered when he said that the previous technician had installed it wrongly while leaving the AC in such condition that it could fall down anytime. The more shocking part is that the person had given a fake bill of 400/- (for installation). The worst thing is when I had asked the customer care representative about the fee and process, they simply said that the technician will let me know. Is this the authenticity of such a brand?
