Dear Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Reliance Digital account. I had mistakenly opted to delete my account, and as per the notification (screenshot attached), it clearly states that my account will be permanently deleted on[protected]. This means my account is still active as of now.
Despite this, I am unable to:
Place any orders using my wallet balance (₹1699)
I am not Use this amount at any Reliance Digital offline store. Get any assistance or resolution from customer support after multiple emails and phone calls but no response. Reliance support team has informed me that my account is already deleted and that my wallet balance will also be lost – which is misleading and unacceptable.
I request the following immediately:
1. Either allow me to use the ₹1699 wallet balance before the account deletion date
OR
2. Refund the entire wallet balance to my original payment method or UPI
