[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Washing Machine Not Getting Repaired | |||
I have purchased reconnect washing machine which is still under warranty and I have also taken extended warranty. The start button was not working at all. Logged a case on 12th Jan 2015 and as the SLA the technician or the resQ team should reach me by 24-48 Hours (But that did not happen). The technician visited my place on 18th Jan 2015 after many follow ups. He saw the PCB is faulty and need to be replaced. He confirmed me that the faulty device is not available now and he will raise a request and will receive the part in next 2 days. Where as the ticket was closed on the very next day. Tried re-opening the ticket after calling the helpdesk (They have logged another case which was again closed in the next day). This time I was very worried about the kind of service and response reliance resQ Customer Care team is having, wherein they don't worry to inform their customer before closing the ticket. Even the help desk people didn't responded well. Finally logged another case and still the part is not with them. Today is 25th Jan and the issue is still not resolved. Pretty unhappy with the kind of support and the most worried part is I have almost all the electronics goods of the same company Reconnect.
