I have recently shifted to bangalore. I got my washing machine installed through resQ. Mr vijay service Representative.l got it installed. Then I got AMC done also on 17 jun. Now the machine has developed some fault. Mr vijay has visited four times to rectify the defect. He is unable to do so. He keeps talking on mob to his seniors but can't rectify the fault. Yesterday he told that he will take the machine to reliance service centre for proper checkup. Gave me time of 26 jun by 1100h. Till now he has not turned up and is not picking up phone also. It's been now 10 days. We r without washing machine. My wife is doing the chores because your service Representative can't do his job. Or is not trained enough. Kindly look into the matter. His mob no is [protected]. I am losing my patience now. If my machine is not made all right. I will ensure the whole india knows abt your pathetic customer services standards. I had purchased a Sony home theatre and when the technician came for the demo, he tells me the product is not working and is faulty product and needs to be replaced. Now it's been a week that no one is giving me a proper answer.
