I have recently booked the One plus TV 43" in reliance digital ambattur branch on friday (04.09.2020).
I received the TV on the next day (05.09.2020) and installation was also completed.
Next, we started using the TV while connecting the Wifi initially working but after wifi is getting disconnected automatically.
Again, If we press wifi ON also, it is getting disconnected automatically.
We have given a complaint on the same day on 06.09.2020. the customer care person informed complaint has been registered but no response on monday.
Again, we have given the complaint on 07.09.2020 they told previously your complaint has not been registered.

It's very annoying and hectic for your customer service on purchasing such a huge amount and no proper servicing.
Still no one has responded from the service person.(09.09.2020)
Why such delay in response? Purchased Rs.24000/- new one plus TV 43" from reliance ambattur branch.
I have purchased a TV for seeing, not for a showcase.
I don't need this TV and this brand. Very worst response from reliance customer service and ambattur branch.
