[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Worst Service ever | |||
I have registered a complaint on April 1st 2017 for service of our Hitachi window AC and split AC. It took them more than 20 days to get my AC services. I have purchased ResQ plan for both the AC's . Window AC makes lot of noises and couldn't be used. Despite off many calls given to them even today my AC is not fixed this has become such a harassment. All the guys who sits at service center as In charge doesn't even pick calls they will give the numbers to call but will never pick calls they will promise to call to but they will never revert back. My family is suffering from the heat we have to sleep in drawing room in Sofa's as window AC is used in bedroom and is not been fixed yet despite of many calls and emails. One of the pathetic services i have seen so far in many years. No Resolution yet Was this information helpful? | |||
