Reliance Digital — Wrong communication No. for refund

Hello Sir, I had purchased a Dish TV setup box in Nov. Due to some problem we could not recharge & planning for return. i have received call from Reliance. He was asking for recharging. i had request to return it if possible. He told me that ok. Our authorised person will take it and your money will be return within 20 days. He has given one slip with his sign the no of Daxaben Cell no-[protected] which was not working. i would request to take it seriously and return my money as earliest or return my setup box. Smart Card No[protected] STB No., SHWSTC[protected] Mumtaz Shaikh Cell No. [protected]
