[Resolved] Reliance Digital — wrong information and product given | |||
I choose a sound bar with bluetooth and fm capability for rs4490 which i wanted to buy the staff mahindra in the indiranagar bangalore store asked me to take the sound bar instead for 5000 and it has the same fm and bluetooth capability and i had bought the product but when the product was delivered then i notice that the sound bar do not have a fm and when i called the store then mahindra had to check with other staff and then he told me that this product do not have fm. I have asked for a replacement of this product and he is denying it now for a replacement. The reason he gave me was i had bought this product with a 55” tv and the bill is clubbed so he cannot cancel the sound bar individually so he cannot replace it due to billing incapability. This is ridiculous billing system or the staff is lying. I want you to check on it and get back to me as i have the bill and it mentioned that a replacement is possible for this product. Now i have returned this product to the store manager and its with him and i do not have the product so either you replace the product or i do not need this product and i will go to file a case in the consumer court of wrong information given to me by the store staff and giving me a wrong product which i did not want or asked for.
