[Resolved] Reliance Digital — wrong product delivered and no resolution | |||
This is to inform that i purchased split inverter ac from infinity mall store, malad west, vide your invoice no. Xxxxx dt. 28.05.2019. Full payment done upfront at your store by credit card for rs. Xxxxxx I was shocked to see a altogether different model than what i had chose, approved and paid for. No solution even after 7 days... All calls to the store went to deaf ears and all. We got is assurance that too fake. Booked x ac, paid for it and got delivered a wrong product, their team accepted the mistake bit are unable to replace with right product as they r awaiting clearance from their superior, who is not responding them since last wednesday. Stuck with this digital. Store of reliance with no idea what exactly will happen. Tweeted and sent mail... Still no one is responding. Was this information helpful? | |||
