Reliance Dish TV — Request Closed without resolution and deducting the money | |||
I am writing this regarding the Reliance Big TV with Number [protected].<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I had raised a request regarding the signal Lost 404 error. One person with name Rajesh came and checked and observed that there is joint for the cable which has been done by your representative during the installation time. And the person who came asked Rs.150 to add the pin instead of joint, I told I won’t give then he went out saying we won’t be able to do it. It was not even one month passed after installing the dish. Now I got a message saying your request is closed and 175 has been deducted. Please check it from your end as there was no service provided for me and it is taking 30 min to connect to customer care which is a worst condition where I could not see in any other network.
