Reliance Energy — Excess billing | |||||
Surprised to see my electricity bill of amt 5300with acc no[protected]. I complain in reliance abt my excess billing but they were nt supposed to take my complain after such a high pressure they had taken my complain and they told technician will come and chk. Technician came and chk and given the report that meter found ok. Readings are ok. U hv to pay the bill.this is happens with me second md time. Everything month they r increasing 1000rs in my bill by saying that reading Price is increased. I want to ask it happens every month or Reliance energy thinks that we r fool for paying a bill. I wont keep silence this time. If i doesn't get response in 24hrs than i have to complain SDO and ombudsman off regards this. If i hv consume i would bit i know we hv not used such consumption than why should i suffer. If i pays this time this will happen again in the future. I have no heavy appliances which consume that kind of electricity.
