Complaint No. -1

I am in the receipt of the bill dated 03/09/2016 for Rs.1800/- (copy enclosed).

According to bill meter has been read on 28/08/2016 and the reading at the time of reading was 22805.

It is totally false as I personally checked my reading at 1.00 PM on 08/09/2016. It is showing 22773.
According to your current bill my daily consumption works out @ 7 unit per day. Considering the same, the reading as on 08/09/2016 should have (7 x 11 =77 +[protected] units.

It means you have charged me for extra unit of 109. The average cost per unit is Rs.5/-, means Rs.500/- extra per month and accordingly you are sending notices for additional security deposits.

This may be the case every month with all the consumers.

Complaint No. -2

According to your bills /notices you are holding security deposit of Rs.580/-. I have submitted all the receipts / proofs showing that my total security deposits available with you is Rs.2310/-

In this connection I am following up with your various authorities since the year 2008 by submitting all the receipts and proofs.

has been acknowledged and reply by Ms. Sunita Gore, Officer- Customer care advising me to contact[protected]

So It is very well proved by Reliance Energy that EARTH IS ROUND

Looking at all the above, I am forced not to pay the current bill dated 03/09/2016 of Rs.1800/- and to switch over to TATA POWER. I have submitted an application for switching over.
