Reliance Energy has sent me a bill for the month of May-2018 for 17, 680/- showing the consumption of 1453 units in the month.

Registered complaint no. is :- [protected] (As per the mail received from Reliance Enegy Helpdesk)
My average consumption is always between 350 to 750 units per month. This is for last 5 to 6 years. The bill itself shows the history o[censored]nits consumed for last 12 months. There is no new or anything extra added in our flat which can consume more electricity.
I have also registered a complaint for the same by sending them a mail. They gave me a complaint number. That complaint number is not available on there web site for checking the updates on the registered complaints.
Also there email says you can call on toll free number and speak. For last 3 days I am daily trying to reach them. But after reaching upto the point of customer support person via IVR menu, no one picks up the call. After 4 to 5 mins of waiting the call gets disconnected. I have tried this at least 4 to 5 times selecting different supporting language like Marathi, Hindi and English. But the Toll Free number given behaves the same way. In fact looks like it is made only to show and fool the callers.
This is a pure case of FRAUD from reliance energy and not even answering consumers. How can the number o[censored]nits suddenly doubled without any changes done at home.
I seek your kind attention to take action on Reliance for such a FRAUD with consumer.
