Reliance Fresh — 5% Cashback not recd. using SBI debit card on 23 Jan 16

I purchaged grossory worth Rs. 2623.78 on 23 Jan 2016 from Reliance fresh Maharani Farm Durgapura Jaipur.
As per scheme displayed and told by seller 5% Cashback should be in my a/c. But this 5% Cashback is not credited in my A/c till date.
