Reliance Fresh — Account balance doesn't credited upon reversal of the amount debited | |||||
Dear Reliance Team. I have purchased one bottle of Mango Ship worth Rs. 67.00 (Item name: MGS MNG FD 1.2 L PET, ) on May 11, 2017 through debit card. After processing my card the appointed cashier added the payment was unsuccessful due to server problem of the respective bank. In spite of successful deduction of Rs. 67.00, he assures that the same amount will surely be credited to my respective bank account within 24Hrs. But unfortunately, I have not received the amount yet. Kindly resolve my issue otherwise I have to appeal to higher authority.
