Reliance Fresh — amount deducted twice but not refunded yet

Dear sir/madam,

I had made a transaction on 04th may 2019 of rs. 907.16 rs. Via googlepay in reliance fresh kharar branch in opp. Bansal department store. Suddenly there system hanged during this transaction and executive clicked some button and shown him as taking too long for transaction and transaction failed. But the thing is the amount got deducted from my account and the reliance frwsh executive and manager are saying like you will receive the refund in 3 days but 24 day happen amount still not refunded from the reliance. The reliance store team told me that you will receive the refund on today and other day on regular basis but no refund yet received from last 24 days.. Pls initiate the refund on immediate basis otherwise i will go to consumer fourm.
