Reliance Fresh — Amount not received reversal on my credit card

3_days gone but still not refund my amount 2 times swipe by citi Bank card and both transaction done and SMS received by me but ur executive said this has not done after show my SMS and again I swipe my cosmos debit card and this was done but after deduction both time my amount not reverse done..I really following with your Sus Pashan Road centre but very rudly response.. I need my amount refund otherwise will go take strict complaints to other forums. #[protected]
