Reliance Fresh — Availibility of Items & Rude Behaviour of Staff | |||
Hi Team, I wanted to register my complain against Reliance Fresh of Kolkata-Newtown store. It's been more 1 year purchasing my monthly glossary from your mentioned store worth Rs. 8000 and above. Every time I never get the required goods. I need to visit either Big Bazar or Spencer to purchase the remaining left out. Apart from this if we ask for any assistance the staff is not supporting, they least concerned about the customer and the way of talking is also not acceptable. On 04th of May' 2015 start of the month I visited your store to purchase my monthly Glossary and same them has happened and in fact this time the situation was worst they don't have the required items in the store. After talking to the store manager he suggested me to wait their for 2-3 hours so that they can unload the truck and refill the store. Waiting their for more than 3 hours is next to impossible for me because it was already 05:00 PM. I left the store and handed over my token to take back my bags to the security guard. I didn't utter a single word with him, however he started backbiting against the situation faced in store, continuously taking about the same. Then I came back we had a heating argument on the same. The witness from the security guard side also refused to accept the allegation given on me. They not only behaved improperly with me in fact they talked rudely with my wife. This month I have purchased my glossary from Big Bazar and I really liked the customer interaction and way the way of approaching and handling the customers. My Reliance points card is also corrupted, every month they said that their system is not running properly. This time they checked on their system in front of my wife and said the card is corrupted and we need to get in touch with Reliance Customer Care to rectify the same, they will not able to help. I don't expect anything from you just a proper resolution and strong feedback need to be given to the store incharge to at least learn how to give respect to the customers. I have already shared the same with my neighbour in the apartment and they also have the same feedback. We 4 family have refused to purchase glossary from Reliance and if I don't get the proper resolution on my complain. Then I will post the same on the website of my apartment along with the screen shot. Appreciate your quick and effective response.
