Reliance Fresh — Billing staff cheating | |||
pls see the bill attached. Rs 10 added and substracted, to divert customer while having a look at the bill. Added Rs 123 for an item of the satff's choice, not purchased by me. Please take appropriate action and frefund immediately. Note: i observed similar situation many times. But, while buying several items, with confidaence on reliance each and every item was not checked by me, the purchaser at home. To day, I could identify. Suspect the guy at the gate who always boss on billing staff and the billing staff in first counter while entering store at the left. Store tleplhone not resposive. cenral complaints too not so responsive, but could complaint make the complaint in second call from my end.
