Reliance Fresh — Card payment | |||||
A regular customer of reliance fresh and went to your ramanattukara, calicut shop to purchase my monthly requirements along with my family on 1st october 2016. We spent almost one and a half hour in your shop by taking items like grocery, staples, etc. We have taken almost items for around inr5000/-. We used to purchase on card payment and at the time of billing your staff said you will not accept card on that day because your server is down. I dint had any other payment option at that time with me and it was 8.30 pm. We were forced to return leaving empty handed. Everybody got disappointed and i had to cut a sorry figure in front of my family. You should inform the customer saying you will not accept the card payment on that day by writing. It was not displayed in the shop and i came to know only at the time of payment. Never expected such a negligence from a big brand like reliance and we came to shop at reliance for that convenience and good shopping experience. I am a reliance one card holder and terribly disappointed with this issue. Kindly do the needful to avoid such an embarrassing situations to the customers in future.
