Reliance Fresh — Charged twice i.e. credit card & cash | |||
On 19.1.2015 I purchased items at Reliance Fresh, Motinagar vide bill No.5768 #42 12.05.12 for Rs. 307.11 and after swiping my Credit Card with PIN there was some problem in the machine and I HAD TO PAY CASH. At 0100 I received a message stating that the amount has been recovered from Cr.Card also. Several contacts with the BRANCH DID NOT YIELD ANY ACTION. My ReliianceOne card No. [protected].
