[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Double payment on 11.05.2014 | |||
On 11.05.2014 I have purchased certain items from your retail outlet at Hiranandani Estate, Thane (West). While payment made, my debit card was swiped once but since no slip came out from the swipe machine, the lady at the counter swiped on another swipe machine and generated the slip which I signed. But when I checked my account I find that Rs.485.40 was debited twice. When I approached the Store Manager Mr.Rahul Bhojane on 15.05.2015, he has registered a complaint bearing No. SD-840566. After 3 days when I contacted, he said that the Bombay office has informed that there was only one payment made as per their records. But as per my statement, one payment has been made to Mumbai and another made to Thane. The first one may be due to swiping my debit card on the swipe machine meant for Mumbai center and swiping the card second time in the swipe machine meant for your Thane office. I have only signed on one slip only. How can my account be debited twice. Please look into the matter and arrange for refund the money immediately. My debit card no.
