Reliance Fresh — Excess amount debited from my debit/credit card | |||
I had visited your belapur store on 11.12.2016 where a invoice entry of rs. 2342.59 was made. On swiping my credit and debit card, some error message appeared. The person at the counter tried 4 times to get the payment, but due to some network issue, it did not went through and the invoice was not generated. Later i found that the amount (2342.59 x 4) has been debited to my credit / debit card. I again visited your store on 15.12.2016 to raise a complain wherein i met mr dada patil. He logged a complain in the system with log no. 4966910. From that day i have been following up with him but with no result. Everyday a new problem is told to me but the matter is still not getting resolved and my amount is not being refunded. I am writing this mail to understand the process of refund and the time it will take as almost rs. 10k is stuck at your company. Waiting for a quick resolution. Even I encountered the same issue with Reliance Mart Chennai Nagelkeni Pallavaram and in the process of chasing both the store and bank to get the refund. You may write / call the customer care directly and resolve the issue.
