I visited Reliance fresh yesterday evening at Phase 5 Mohali and bought a pack of Kellogg's Chocos.. There was free gift with that pack which was not available at store and that was informed to me by counter attendant after billing that gift is not available. I asked them to cancel the bill as my son bought that pack because of that gift only.. Counter attendant Abbas refused to cancel the bill and told me to talk to manager. Billing time was 6:58 pm.. I asked to cancel the bill at 6:59 pm as free toy was not available with them.. after requesting so many times to cancel the bill I asked to call the store manager at 7:05 pm.. store manager Anil kumar reaches the counter at 7:30 and tell the counter attendant to cancel the bill.. I wasted my precious 30 mins to resolve the minor issue at Relaince fresh phase 5 Mohali.. also counter attendant Abbas misbehaved and said ' jab nahi hai gift to Kya main apne Ghar se le k aaun ab?' when I asked him to call the store manager he said 'mere pass time nahi hai.. mujhe Baki customers ko b attend karna hai'. This kind of misbehavior is not accepted by Reliance employees at all.. I want you to take strict action and confirm it to me.. Was this information helpful? | |||
