As am a regular customer of reliance super market (Membership) today i had a bad experience by a shope keeper named rajesh. I took a selfie inside the shop, for that he rudely behaved with me infront of all. I asked the reason for why we not to take photos inside the shop. For that he didn't know how to give a proper response. His behaviour makes me to felt so bad to shop in reliance. Really he is not fit for taking care of customer. Really felt bad. They have twice swipe my card and said the 1st transaction was not successful but from my side both transaction was successful they told if your amount will not returned by bank I will return from my side after two days but now they denied to do so.

First of all, your action of taking a picture inside the Reliance Fresh Supermarket cannot be justified. At least you should have obtained a permission from the Super Market Officials before your action. The Supermarket need not give any reason for their objection to you in taking pictures of their premises, if they don't wish to do so. Rudeness has various levels, just shouting at you for your behaviour if that is what happened is not a big issue. You are no one to comment about his customer relationship level . Regarding your decision to cancel your membership is up to you .
