[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Misbehave by reliance fresh guard for missing bag from counter | |||
I am regular customer of reliance fresh and visited your reliance fresh store at Prashant Vihar Delhi 110085. After keeping empty bag at counter meant for that purpose i entered the store at around 10 AM today 13.05.2014 to purchase vegetable and other item. After billing when i checked the counter meant for keeping bags i find it missing. When i asked about the missing bag from guard he was having no reply then i asked for complaint register, whereupon the guard started shouting on me and using abusive language and said that i am speaking lie that bag is missing. If customers are instructed to keep bags outside the store in cabinet meant for that then your guard should be responsible for it and it should not misplace there from. Either you should issue token or adopt some practice so that articles not misplaced in such a manner. And even it misplaces then your guard and store in change should have some manner how to deal with like situation instead thereof he started shouting on me and saying that i am lying. YOUR STAFF AND GUARD REALLY MISBEHAVED WITH ME and when i insisted for complaint register store in charge provided it after lot of arguments and i entered the complaint. You are requested to look in the complaint and issue warning to guard and in charge of store for such mismanagement and misbehaviour with customers. Hope you will take action else will file complaint with police for missing article from your store and also for misbehaviour of guard standing in store. Was this information helpful? | |||
