Hi, on 4th of july my wife had gone to reliance fresh and she had picked 1 kg of pears, the price quoted on the price board was rs 189/- per kg and when went for billing the lady on the billing counter billed it as rs 295/- per kg.when she told her about the price on the board she said it is just written by mistake.my wife asked her to cancel the item as the staff were misleading information to customer, but the lady on the billing counter was adarment and rude saying that they cannot cancel the bill and told her either she has to take the pears or take some other products of the same worth. i dont understand why should a customer be penalised for your mistake and buy products unnecessarily. it not just a matter of few hundred, but about cheating and fooling customers. Hope the company looks into the matter and ask the franchise to be fair with the customers. mangaement look into the matter and make sure such things dont happen in future. i have also made a cc mail to your mumbai head office kindly take care. regards hitesh kumar[protected].
