Reliance Fresh — money issue bad behaviour from staff

In my account money debited but bill not generated of product bcoz staff says that money not credit in reliance account, this is not my fault, and that time no any staff of responsible no proper guidence, no any seriour executive
Nonody responsible that time, very bad experience, i am regular customer of reliance fresh since 2015
