[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Non-billing for goods displayed on stores shelf | |||
Many products kept on display on shelf of stores at Reliance Fresh outlet at Dabri Palam Road, Palam are not billed by the staff stating that the product is not available for billing. For instance, Zerrikk 88, a lubricant product kept on the shelf for a long duration cannot be billed and similarly, Cinthol soap (green label), if you take one piece for billing, it is informed that if you take four pieces product then only it can be billed. If you ask then why they are displayed on the shelf, no reply from the staff. No supervisory staff is available in the stores to resolve the issue My Reliance Member Card No. is [protected].
