[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — non-refund of excess deducted amount

Address:East Singhbhum, Jharkhand

I have paid Rs.1164/- through my Credit Card towards my purchases on 11.08.2014 at Reliancefresh Bistupur, but your Sales
personnel (Mr.Amit) was unable to get the print out of the payment slip and asked me Cash for Rs.1164/- and assured me to refund the excess payment after checking the transactions and have noted my details.
Till date i am unable get back my money even after several follow up to your Sales Team ( Mr Amit, Mr MAyank & Mr Yaman).
