Reliance Fresh — not allowed to use toilet in emergency while shopping | |||
My wife and myself went to shopping in reliance in adityapur.. My wife felt that she had to go to toilet in an emergency. The staff there did not allow her to go and use toilet. We requested them that it is an emergency. But they refused and not pity on us... Very bad experience. The girl at the cash counter was also complained by us but she was also least bothered Was this information helpful? | |||

Same happened with us reliance supermarket at electronic City, didn't allow my 4.6 years old daughter to use washroom in emergency. As per them it's manager's instruction not to allow customer to use toilet.
