[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Prepaid Reliance card working at Bharati Vidyapeeth Reliance fresh

I am Reliance prepaid card holder from last one year, Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh representative are technically ill and not able to use the card on machine. Every time after billing they scratch the card but unable to perform and there answer is pre paid card is not working due to online problem.I as a regular customer invested 20, 000 Rs for prepaid card and now harsh by representative of Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh. Surprisingly other debit card works? This time copy attach Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh representative given me i written that the machine is not working from last eight days, where as two day before i has use the card at Bharati Vidhapeeth Reliance fresh.
