Reliance Fresh — Reliance card redemption formality not carried out at your outlet | |||
I was having my reliance card of soft paper as given by you. When i received a hard card the bonus points not transferred to it from the soft one. When I received messages on my mobile about my bonus points equivalent to Rs. 160.00 I went to the store manager for the same ( Reliance fresh at Scheme 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore ) on 08.02.2014. I was first told to contact over the toll free number, when i try to dial the same from my mobile, i was told that it can only be dialled from land line. As you know now a days how many persons are having land line as you are one of the player in this field. As loosing interest i handed over both of my cards to the store manager and vowed not to visit your any type of shop ever. I am also working with multinational and we serve our customer with a different attitude. Hope you will also initiate the same and will some behavioural training for your staff. I only told your manager that just like one satisfied customer bring 1000 customer one unsatisfied customer can take away same amount of customer. No hearing or supporting to customer in finding ways to resolve problem instead very neutral in resolving issues even there is a threat of loosing customer.
