Reliance Fresh — Store Charging more then MRP

Hi I have been a customer of reliance fresh from last 7 years i have seen could of time in the past store have charged more then the MRP and At that time Store Manager appolized. Now today on 12/01/2014 i made a purchase at reliance fresh in pedda waltair store . I was charged more then the MRP writtre on few products. when i have asked the SM there he simply said sorry sir our system are not updated. I dont accept all this from reliance and now i feel that i have been cheated by the company from last 7 years. i would like to let the management know that my plans are to put the bill and my bank statement in the news paper so that other people are not cheated .
