Reliance Fresh — Wrong entry in bills and misbehavior of the store manager | |
Today I have purchased vide payment Ref No.[protected] from store No. 2546 with bill No. 10 for an amount Rs. 953.08. I purchased banana cost Rs. 28/- per Kg, but bill was for Nentram Raw cost Rs. 55/-. I failed to check at the counter and it is difficult to do so at present scenario. The mistake was find out at my house and immediately reported at the counter. They cancelled the item and cash Rs. 92/- refunded. By the time the store manager involved in the matter and shouted, arguing the law. I feel ashamed in the incident.
