Our bill against the above order was rs. 617. We made the payment of the bill through debit card but the pos machine of the delivery boy was should transaction cancelled, so we once again made the payment through our food card. When we checked, we found that our bank account was debited with rs. 617 (For use of the debit card) and out food card showed utilisation of rs. 617. Therefore we paid twice for the order. To our surprise, reliance office is calling us everyday to inform us that they have not received the payment and that we should make the payment. We have already paid twice (One payment refund is due to us). Are we suppose to make the payment for a third time? Its shocking. Further, i must complain that the pos machines carried by reliance delivery are of very poor quality and always give problems. That is the reason our payment was collected twice. We request you to immediately refund us rs. 617 which has been paid twice by us and stop asking for the payment (Which we cannot make a third time. Thank you.
