Reliance General Insurance — after renewal of 2 wheeler insurance customer care calls continuously | |
Dear sir, I have a 2 wheeler insurance from reliance which was about to expire and i already renewed it before 10 days, still i am getting everyday 2-3 calls from reliance general insurance to do renewal. i am really fedup of your calls. why is your system so poor that you cannot update that renewal is done and your staff shouldnt keep troubling customers. i will take serious action on this.
