[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance — claim process | |||
My vehicle underwent an accident and i registered a claim process through a honda dealer. Unfortunately the service took more than a month saying the insurance delay and now i am being asked to produce the original bill to your office which can be easily settled between honda and reliance. You could have avoided such a discomfort especially in this digital era by simply letting the customer to settle it easily. I value my time and every customer do. I am not dealing with local workshop or local insurance. I deal with major business in the field. So i expect better service from the giants.
