An accident has been occured on 13th of september 2018, in which my reliance insurance covered scottee br10v1496 has been damaged. Kindly provide me the surveyor as soon as possible for preparing estimate of expenditure and claiming my insurance. I took a policy for my mother & whose medical checkup was done on Sept. 10 and the report was submitted to your office in 11th, but till date the policy has not been active.I m doing emails to reliance registered office on daily basis but no one providing the response . So please help me on this issue.

On a 29th of September company has been taken my mobile for a service they do not give me good service. On a 13th of October they give my phone and they do not anything with my phone.
