[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Network problem | |||
Dear sir/ mam I have purshased iphone 5s unlimited plan before port i was using vodafone network i was purshased last december 2013 since i have seen network problem... The problem is that i cant talk at my office and my home in delhi unable to using internet i have complaint 2/3 times at costumer care but your network team never work on network plz give a new no of relianve with unlimited plan and give my no [protected] again in vodafone...i have in very big of network my client complaint my no always not reach i have bussiness loss strees of mind plz give me solution quickly any way i will go to consumer court...please give me a solution...my no [protected] (deedar khan Was this information helpful? | |||

Respected sir i am Gurpreet Singh from Ludhiana city and i am
filing a reminder complaint against your company. This is to inform u
that i had taken an Apple Iphone 5S reliance GSM connection NO
([protected]) in DEC 2013 by cash from Reliance store from Ludhiana
City.When i took the connection i was promised with good network
connectivity and services if i have any problems later on but i am
very much disappointed with the week network connectivity and very
poor customer care services and ignorance against complaint as i am
facing a lot of week network connectivity and frequent call failure
any where which is greatly affecting my business.Sir this is the third
time i am sending you a mail .Sir i had received a call from your
company after my second mail recently and i was told that the matter
would be definitely looked on but to my great disappointment it is
still pending.Sir this GSM connection is connected with my business due
to which i am facing losses and cancellation of deals due to poor
network and repeated call failures where ever i go and so i am going
to take a harsh step this time if my mail is not answered and my
problem not solved.Sir please see on to this matter seriously which is
lingering on since many months now which is causing me huge tension
and harassment from your respected company.
