I have purchased Geyser make Crompton, on dated 01.01.2017. While opening the packing to install geyser. i found that piece is defected from back side. Its insulation is badly damaged. I called the customer care no given on invoice. After 48 hrs i get no response of my com[plaint. This is good on your part specially from a reputed concern like Reliance.
