My son has purchased Leather Chelsea Boots of Black of size 8, through Order No.FL89012679 on 6/6/2019, whereas the supplier has delivered 9 no.shoes. When we approached for the replacement the delivery boy refused to accept the product on flimsy ground, that box is opened. Without opening the box how anybody will come to know the size & product.
