Reliance Industries — issue with purchasing at reliance retail | |||
I have been a regular customer at reliance fresh located at mpm street paramour. Initially person at billing counter were cordial and used to take care of marvelling our things carefully. Off late for past 4 to 5 yrs hardly any person is available at the billing counter. When they start billing they carelessly throw our products or keep it aside in some place hidden from our view and they are so lazy to filled the purchased products into the bag, they wait for another person to do that or expect us to fill into bag. So many times we had to return back asking for missing item like yesterday i couldn't find mail polish and next that before i couldn't find 5 kg atta And after all this waste of time and transport charge we are made to wait for clarification First let the billing person be taught basic manners of keeping billed thing in proper place then fill up herself in decent manner rather than throwing the stuffs into bag as to cause leakage of liquids. Thankfully the security guards are too helpful poor fellows are helping in filling up the bag and carrying the load to the vehicle But inside the reliance fresh so many employees are just standing chatting doing nothing What kind of mannerism is being taught i don't know off late i don't feel like going instead can go to footpath shop such is the treatment we get after purchasing store items regularly worth 8000 to 10000 every month Was this information helpful? | |||
