Reliance Industries — network problem

Dear sir/madam
My name is anand kumar. I share some information. I use the no of your operator from 2006.in the past no problem by using. But now a major problem i discuss to you.

I live at ramma ; po+ps - ramna; district-garhwa; jharkhand
In this area (Whole district) reliance network not found. I tried to complain about this many times but no result. Now the next issue is whenever i call (From ranchi jharkhand) to customer care executive no body take the call. Then tell me how can i contact you.

I request to you that please solve the problem.
Problem no 1- network in ramna and whole garhwa district
Problem no 2- start the costumer care no that we can contact.
