Reliance Industries — Non-receipt of Physical Share certificate of RIL after Merger of Reliance Polypropylene Limited and Reliance Polyethylene Limited

I'm Holding Share certificate of Reliance Polypropylene Limited (RPPL) and Reliance Polyethylene Limited (RPEL). The Above Companies were merged with Reliance Industries Limited in January 1995 for 30 Shares for 100 RPPL Shares and 25 Shares for 100 RPEL Shares. The share certificate of the RIL after merger is not received by me till date. I have raised compliant with M/s Kfintech, but their response is absurd. We even went to their office and they Asked us to raise online compliant. All the required Documents were submitted (Aadhar, PAN, Address Proof, Copies of share certificate, etc.), even mail were sent. Also, we Posted letters. But no Proper response. Even on their customer care no[protected], there no response, it just keeps ringing.
