Reliance Industries — non updation of pan card bank etc details

I am holder of 160 equity shares under the folio no[protected] in relaince industries limited. I have called and mailed the company about updation of my bank pan card etc details through mail. I am attaching the same request letter issued by the company requesting the details.
Also i hav informed about change of my name post marriage as being kusum vardhani w/o sandeep vardhani. But the company never responded.
Plz chk the attachments for details.
Many of past dividends are due which need to be credited to my sbi ac [protected].
