Reliance Industries — Pathetic customer service | |||
This complaint is in reference with the Reliance Wi-Pod dongle numbered [protected]. I did not see such a Pathetic customer service in any other organisation or company. I bought the dongle just two weeks back and from the day it got activated i am facing issues on the connectivity when i am calling the customer service they are least bothered about the customer's problem and just giving us wrong information i finally decided to deactivate the connection and called the customer care to ask the procedure and the way the executive spoke with was pathetic he was not at all trying to give any solution for the customer who is in need of the help. It seems the customer care executives are not all trained properly first of all they even dont know how to speak the basic requirement in any language. Also i have been continuously calling up the call center regarding the issue of the postpaid sim card which i am using ([protected]) as i am not getting proper network and not even able to make a single call they took the complaint regarding the same and provided me the number[protected] i never got a call about this complaint and after three days they just closed the complaint without providing any resolution when i called the nodal office to complain about this they are telling to call the call center.
